"Refund was a little slow, but they absolutely made it right"
I had to cancel my yard sign order and, i was 100% convinced the refund was going to turn into a whole thing. It did take a couple days and I had to send one follow-up email, but they did refund me like they said they would. Was it perfect? No. But overall, I’d say they handled it fairly and I definitely can’t complain too much

"Super easy to order"
Ordering was really quick and simple. I was sitting at my kitchen table with a cup of coffee and figured it might take a while, but I had no trouble picking the sign and choosing the date. The whole thing only took a few minutes, which was nice because I had other errands to get to that morning

"Pretty smooth overall"
They kept me in the loop well and got back to my questions quickly. I liked that they shared the details before the setup, so I wasn’t just guessing what was going on. I can’t say I know every part of the process behind the scenes, but from what I saw, it was handled well. The only small thing is I wish one update had come a little earlier, but overall everything went smoothly and looked nice

"Cute idea, but looked a bit mishandled"
The setup itself was fine, but the signs looked worn and not nearly as bright as I expected. It’s a cute idea, but it kind of felt like they’d been tossed around or handled carelessly before they got to me. Just didn’t look as nice in person as I hoped.

I liked being able to pick my own colors. It feels fair when you get a say in something you’re buying instead of just having one option picked for you. Simple thing, but it made the experience better for me

They delivered and set up the yard sign exactly when they said they would. It was already all in place before we even woke up, and it looked really great. The whole thing was super easy with absolutely no issues at all. I’d definitely use them again for another birthday.

"Easy to reschedule when our plans changed"
We had to move our yard sign date at the last minute because of the weather, and they were accommodating about it. I got a response fairly quickly, and setting up the new date was simple overall. I did end up following up once just to make sure everything was confirmed, but it wasn’t a big deal. In the end, everything worked out well.

Cute signs and a fun idea, but didn’t love how the pricing was laid out. Thought I had the total figured out, then extra costs popped up later in the process. Maybe it was in the fine print, but wasn’t obvious to me. For the price, expected things to be more upfront before spending time picking everything.

"They totally kept the surprise under wraps"
They made it so easy. Like... my wife had absolutely no idea anything was happening, which was exactly what I was hoping for. They came and set everything up before we even woke up, and when we saw the yard it looked so fun and festive. No stress, no awkward coordinating, no hassle at all. I’d definitely use them again.

I’d say it’s worth buying overall. It still feels a little expensive to me, but based on what you get, I can understand the price. Personally, I don’t regret it, though I’d like it even more if it were just a bit cheaper

"Easy to use overall"
I’ve used Card My Yard a couple of times now, mostly for family stuff where I’m usually ordering a little last minute and just trying to get everything sorted without making a big production out of it. The site was simple enough to get through, and I didn’t have to keep going back and fixing random things. When I finally got to checkout, the payment went through just fine both times. No strange errors, no double charges, and the receipt showed up right away. Pretty much exactly what I want when I’m paying online.

"Cute sign, but the weather backup wasn’t great"
I booked a yard sign and then storms rolled in, which obviously happens, but I was hoping for clearer communication about weather options. The updates came late and I felt like I had to keep following up to figure out the plan. The sign itself was cute once everything worked out, but the whole process was more stressful than I expected. Personally, I’d probably only book again if there was a more solid weather plan in place.
